You have 30 days from the day your item is delivered to request a refund or replacement, for any reason.

2. How to request a refund

  1. Email support@trenddrop.shop with your order number and a brief reason.
  2. We reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back (you cover return postage unless the item arrived damaged or faulty).
  4. Once we receive it, we process the refund within 7 business days.

3. Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, we cover the return shipping in full. Send us a photo and we’ll ship a replacement or refund immediately — usually without requiring the original back.
