Free shipping worldwide. Most orders arrive in 7–21 days. Every order gets a tracking number.
1. Processing time
Orders are confirmed and queued for fulfillment within 24 hours. Your order leaves our warehouse within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Times exclude weekends and public holidays. Customs clearance and local courier handover may add a couple of days.
3. Shipping cost
Shipping is free for every order worldwide. Prices on the site already include shipping.
4. Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you don’t see it within 5 business days of purchase, check your spam folder or email support@trenddrop.shop.
5. Customs & import duties
For international orders, any customs or import duties charged by your country’s authorities are the responsibility of the recipient. Most orders ship under the de minimis threshold and incur no duties.
6. Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window plus 5 business days, get in touch. We’ll investigate with the carrier and, if needed, send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
7. Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we’ll do our best to correct it before the order ships. We can’t cover lost packages sent to addresses entered incorrectly.
