These Terms govern your access to and use of TrendDrop (the “Site”) operated by TrendDrop based in Vilnius, Lithuania. By placing an order or using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order.

2. Orders & pricing

• All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes and customs duties for international orders are your responsibility.
• Submitting an order is an offer. We may accept or decline it, and we may cancel any order — for example if a product is out of stock, mispriced, or suspected to be fraudulent.
• If we cancel an order that has already been charged, we will refund you in full within 14 days.

3. Stock availability

Inventory levels can change in real time. We do our best to keep stock accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every advertised item is available at the moment of purchase. If your item is unavailable we will notify you by email and either refund you or, with your consent, ship a replacement once stock returns.

6. Intellectual property

All Site content — text, images, logos, and code — is owned by TrendDrop or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or use it commercially without written permission.

You agree not to use the Site to: violate any law, infringe anyone’s rights, transmit malware, scrape data at scale, or interfere with the Site’s normal operation.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and its contents are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
